Know your runway before the bank account tells you

A simple cash divided by burn number lies to growing companies, because burn shrinks as MRR grows. This simulator projects both lines for 12 months: cash falling by each month's net burn, and MRR compounding at your growth rate minus churn. You see the exact month you run out, reach default alive, or clear a full year.

It also translates your projected year-end MRR into annual recurring revenue and shows what that ARR could be worth at conservative 3x, market 5x and high-growth 8x acquisition multiples, so fundraising and exit conversations start from real numbers.

How is startup runway calculated?

Runway is your cash reserve divided by your net monthly burn. This simulator goes further: it grows your MRR month by month, subtracts churn, and applies the shrinking net burn to your cash balance for 12 months.

What does default alive mean?

A company is default alive when, at its current growth rate, revenue reaches its expenses before the cash runs out. The simulator flags that state automatically.
